This workshop is designed for trades teams that want to improve communication, strengthen collaboration, and reduce workplace friction. It’s especially valuable for teams experiencing communication challenges between departments, field and office staff, or employees with different working styles.

A half-day, in-person or virtual workshop for teams of 5 to 25 that helps employees improve communication and collaboration.
The workshop is designed for teams of 5 to 15 participants. If your team is larger, we’ll discuss options and determine the best approach during your strategy call.
Each participant completes an online Everything DiSC assessment before the workshop. The assessment takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes and generates a personalized profile that helps participants better understand their communication style, workplace tendencies, and interactions with others.
Not exactly. While the workshop strengthens team relationships, it’s built around a research-backed communication framework and practical workplace application. Participants leave with tools and strategies they can continue using long after the workshop is over.
Work Better Together is designed as an in-person workshop because the conversations, activities, and team interaction are most effective when participants are together in the same room. In some situations, virtual delivery may be available, but in-person delivery is strongly recommended.
