Built to Lead Academy
Great at the Job Doesn’t Automatically Mean Ready to Lead
Promoting a great employee into management changes far more than their title. Suddenly, success isn’t just about the work they do. It’s about how well they communicate, set expectations, coach others, navigate conflict, create accountability, and help an entire team perform.
The Built to Lead Academy gives leaders in the trades a practical leadership foundation so they can step into the role with greater self-awareness, confidence, and consistency.
Three Experts. One Mission: Build Better Leaders.
Built to Lead brings together three women who understand leadership development from different sides of the business, giving participants a more complete perspective on what it actually takes to lead people well.
Elise Radawitz of Velocity Leader brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources, talent development, and leadership development, including experience within HVAC distribution. She is joined by Roslyn Fitzgibbons of Moxie Project & Productivity Coaching, who helped build the systems, processes, and culture that scaled Eco Plumbers, Electricians & HVAC Technicians, and Danielle Wernert of Upskilled Consulting, who helped build the internal technical training school at Peterman Brothers.
Together, Elise, Roslyn, and Danielle bring complementary expertise in leadership, management development, training, and business operations to help leaders build skills they can actually use with their teams.
