Elise Radawitz is the founder and president of Velocity Leader, a leadership development company dedicated to helping organizations in the trades build stronger leaders, healthier teams, and better businesses. With more than 15 years of experience in human resources, employee engagement, talent development, and organizational growth, she partners with companies to strengthen communication, develop people, and create cultures where trust and accountability thrive.
Her background spans industries ranging from nonprofit association management to HVAC distribution, giving her a unique perspective on what drives both individual and organizational success. Elise is a licensed facilitator of the Developing a Leadership Mindset® curriculum and an authorized Everything DiSC® partner, combining proven leadership frameworks with practical, real-world application tailored to the trades.
Outside of work, Elise’s favorite roles are wife and mom. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Dave, and daughter, Bryce, whether that’s on the golf course, in the kitchen, or simply making memories together. Those relationships continue to reinforce her belief that leadership is ultimately about people, both at work and at home.
